This is our Iceland itinerary. We hope this can also help you prepare for your trip to Iceland and enjoy your time. We chose affordable accommodation and tours to save a little money.

Day 1: Flight from Los Angeles, California Airport (LAX) to Iceland at 12:30pm
Day 2: Exploring Reykjavik
Arrival at Keflavik Airport (KEF) via Wow Air at 4:00am
Flybus from Keflavik Airport to Reykjavik BSI Terminal
Check in at our Airbnb Guesthouse
Took the Hop Off Hop On Bus tour around Reykjavik.
Day3: Golden Circle Tour (8 hours)
Friðheimar Green House, Geysir, Gullfoss and Þingvellir National Park.
Day 4: Reykjanes Peninsula (day) / Nothern Lights Tour (night)
Pick up our rental car – Procar or any car company you desire.
Drive to Reykjanes Peninsula – Bridge between Europe and North America, Gunnuhver Geothermal/Hot spring and the Blue Lagoon
Northen Lights Tour (10pm – 1am)
Pick up at your hotel/hostel 30minutes before the Tour time.
Arrive home about 2am.
Day 5: Day one of an exciting 2-day adventure of the south coast
Eyjafjallajökull volcano/glacier Visitor Center, Seljalandsfoss Waterfall, Skógafoss, Foss a Sidu, Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach, Vík Village, Skaftafell, Svínafellsjökull Glacier, Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon and Diamond / Ice Beach.
Northern Lights Chase (9pm onwards)
Day 6: The second day of your south coast adventure.
Eyjafjallajökull volcano/glacier Visitor Center, Seljalandsfoss Waterfall, Skógafoss, Foss a Sidu, Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach, Vík Village, Skaftafell, Svínafellsjökull Glacier, Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon and Diamond / Ice Beach.
Northern Lights Chase (9pm onwards)
Day 7: Last day in paradise
Check out at your hotel / hostel / guesthouse.
Return rental car at Procar Keflavik Office.
Departure at Keflavik International Airport. Leave Iceland (while planning your next trip back to Iceland)
